The service will be provided on 26.06.2025 in Hamburg, Germany.
Personalized tickets
All tickets are personalized and non-transferable. Three weeks before the event, we ask you to enter the relevant dates. You will receive an e-mail in good time. 10 days before the event you will receive the personalized tickets to the e-mail address you have provided.
Terms of payment
Payment of the tickets is due immediately. You will receive your invoice immediately after placing your order.
Reverse charge procedure (VAT)
The reverse charge procedure cannot be applied when booking event tickets, as the service is provided in Germany and must therefore be taxed in Germany (UStG § 13b service recipient as tax debtor). Explanation here: https://www.gesetze-im-internet.de/ustg_1980/__13b.html (DE).
Cancellation conditions
Cancellation of tickets is possible until 31.03.2025 for a processing fee of EUR 120.00 per ticket. Please contact the billing department exclusively in writing at vincent@theblue.energy. From 01.04.2025, it will no longer be possible to cancel the ticket. However, the ticket can be transferred to another participant if necessary.
