Performance period and place of performance
The service will be provided on 28.05.2026 in Hamburg, Germany.
Personalized tickets
You will receive your personalized tickets by e-mail to the e-mail address you have provided. You can transfer your tickets to other people in your personal THE BLUE BEACH account until shortly before the event.
Terms of payment
Payment for tickets is due immediately. You will receive your invoice immediately after placing your order.
Reverse charge procedure (value added tax)
The reverse charge procedure cannot be used when booking event tickets, as the service is provided in Germany and must therefore be taxed there (UStG § 13b service recipient as tax debtor). Explanation here: https://www.gesetze-im-internet.de/ustg_1980/__13b.html.
Cancellation conditions
Tickets can be canceled until 31.03.2025 for a processing fee of EUR 120.00 per ticket. Please contact the billing department exclusively in writing at invoice@theblue.energy.
From 01.04.2026, it will no longer be possible to cancel the ticket. However, the ticket can be transferred to another participant if necessary.
